Instead, we are made to fear this time in our life which leads to piling on more shame and despair. We push ourselves to look younger and thinner, all the while sleeping worse and getting more and more stressed out. Or we overeat, stop exercising and curl up on the couch trying to will our symptoms away.

This isn’t just a coincidence. Historically, women have been made to fear their bodies. They have been made to birth alone and grieve alone, leaving the most important times in our life shrouded in mystery and confusion.

Trusting someone with your health and wellness is a big deal. 

When someone is ready to commit to this journey I don’t take it lightly. It’s important when choosing a practitioner to have a foundation of trust. A client relationship is like a soul contract. 

In addition to my certifications and years of experience, my intuition guides me to gain personalized insight into your journey. 

Coaching with me begins where you are. We meet you where you are at and decide together what you want to focus on at this time. 

After filling out my client intake form and our first initial call, we will decide whether to focus on the areas of nutrition, stress or movement.

 

Then you can choose a 3 session or 6 session package to continue our work together.

 In between each session you will have unlimited text support, access to tools that will support you such as workouts, recipes, educational guides and more. 

And, lastly, I offer  ‘The DUTCH Test’,

the most advanced hormone test, offering an extensive profile of sex and adrenal hormones and melatonin, along with their metabolites, to identify symptoms of hormonal imbalances.
