BELLYFIT

Bellyfit is more than just a workout. Movement combined with intention, breath and positive affirmations. Bellyfit is a self love, self empowerment ritual.

Holistic fitness created for women.

40 minutes of cardio inspired by ancient dance, belly dance, fitness and yoga. Followed by 10 minutes of isolated glute and core work and a 10 minute yoga inspired stretch and meditation.

Bellyfit will leave you feeling strong, clear and energized.

Belly fit Flow

60 mins

This class is a fusion of yoga, bellydance and fitness, this low impact class is a great workout that stretches, strengthens and leaves you feeling energized!

Beach fit

30 Mins

30 min total body workout on the beach. Move through a circuit of body weight strength and cardio exercises. Modifications for all levels.

I have attended one of Trina’s Bellyfit classes when I was visiting Salt Spring Island and absolutely LOVED the class. Trina has amazing energy.
