Pelvic floor challenges are incredibly common – yet many women are told to “do kegels” without ever being shown how the system actually works.

The pelvic floor is meant to work in coordination with the rest of the core, and it needs both strength and the ability to fully relax.

Core Restore helps you rebuild that foundation in a safe, supportive way.

  • Thursdays, 1:00pm – 2:30pm
  • April 16 – June 11 (no class April 30)

  • 8-week program
  • 90-minute sessions
  • Held at Ganges Fitness

    • Babies in arms welcome
    • Gentle, supportive approach
    • ~10 minutes daily home practice recommended
