Pelvic floor challenges are incredibly common – yet many women are told to “do kegels” without ever being shown how the system actually works.
The pelvic floor is meant to work in coordination with the rest of the core, and it needs both strength and the ability to fully relax.
Core Restore helps you rebuild that foundation in a safe, supportive way.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This program is for you if:
- you’ve been told to do kegels, but aren’t sure if you’re doing them correctly
- you feel disconnected from your core or unsure how to properly engage it
- you’re experiencing symptoms like pelvic pain, back pain, leaking, or core weakness
- you’re pregnant and want to prepare your body for birth in a supportive, informed way
- you’re postpartum and want to rebuild strength safely and reconnect with your core
- you’ve tried to “strengthen your core” but something still feels off
- you want to understand how your pelvic floor actually works - not just follow generic advice

- ~10 minutes daily home practice recommended
